Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our growing telecom team in Texas. You will engage customers, present mobile, internet, and related services, and help residential customers connect to essential services in-store. The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience and a high school diploma or GED.

You must work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Paid training, monthly commissions, and clear opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience (retail, wireless, cable, internet, telecom)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively
• Identify customer needs and recommend right packages
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals
• Explain pricing and promotions clearly to customers
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience
• Work in person at the assigned store and cover nearby locations within 35 miles
