You will upsell and cross-sell while meeting sales and commission targets. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the position is full-time with a flexible schedule, in-person work, and the potential for career growth within a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• In-person role at the assigned retail store location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and commission-based sales goals, and explain pricing clearly.
