Job summary

RedLion Mobile in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for a full-time, in-person role. Pay is $13/hour plus monthly commission, with ~40 hours per week and total compensation of $45,000–$60,000 annually based on performance.

This position requires 1+ year in retail or telecom sales and a high school diploma or GED. You will engage customers, explain products, and strive to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecom sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store targets.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and service options clearly to customers.
• Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
