RedLion Mobility in Louisiana is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. You will engage customers, present telecom products and services, and help residential customers connect to fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services in our stores.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or telecom sales, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
