Arch Telecom is seeking a Wireless Retail Associate to join our in-store team in New York. You’ll help customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrate devices, and work to meet needs with personalized solutions.

This learning role offers training with potential promotion to Mobile Expert, competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities across stores. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and 40 hours or 20+ hours part-time.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Desire to learn and build meaningful connections with customers.
• Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in shopping journey (online, care, in-store).
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology in-store.
• Sell alongside customers to offer personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
