Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Work in-person at the assigned Midland, TX store.
