Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our Leesville, LA location. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting telecom products and services, and driving sales in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The ideal candidate brings retail or telecom experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect monthly commissions and a base hourly pay of $13 with total compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals and store targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to brand loyalty.
