Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, identify their needs, and guide them through devices and plans with energy and enthusiasm.

You will work with store leadership to meet revenue goals, participate in activations and upgrades, and maintain store standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service in-store.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist in opening/closing and daily store operations, including cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and keep store tidy.
• Assist customers with activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Meet and exceed assigned performance metrics.
