Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Min. 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in retail.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and optimizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Assists in opening/closing the store and cash handling per standards.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and keeps store neat and functional.
• Assists customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
