Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, bringing energy and deep product knowledge to recommend plans and devices.

You will greet customers, drive revenue, build relationships, handle activations and billing questions, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and employees.
• Open/close store and handle cash per standards.
• Maintain store appearance and organize backroom.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
