Job summary

Gabriel Group in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Verizon Wireless premium retailer network. You will lead store operations, drive sales of wireless products and services, and coach team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant field experience may substitute for every one year of required academia
• Strong sales skills with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis while maintaining operations within a retail store environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and the ability to work early evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Meet current sales metrics
• Adhere to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Corporate
• Execute promotions and meet or exceed established sales goals
• Handle customer service issues
• Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level
• Maintain store standards and appearance as established by the District Manager
• Provide data as requested by DM and complete weekly reports
• Flexible to work stores within District as needed
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Work independently in a retail storefront
• Other duties as assigned by the DM
