Gabriel Group is recruiting a Sales Manager for Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer locations in Sanford, FL. The role focuses on leading a retail team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving product sales in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time and part-time shifts with competitive compensation and uncapped earning potential. You will report to the District Manager and help meet sales goals while ensuring excellent store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet current sales metrics and targets.
• Adhere to sales processes and procedures as established by region and Corporate.
• Execute promotions and achieve sales goals within District.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain store standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain store appearance.
• Provide data to DM and complete weekly reports as required.
• Be flexible to work stores within District as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Work independently in a retail storefront and contribute to team success.
