Job summary

RXP Wireless is seeking a Sales Manager in Davenport, FL to lead a retail team within a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer network. You will drive sales, manage day-to-day operations, cash handling, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant field experience may substitute for each year of academia.
• Strong sales skills with customer satisfaction focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work early evenings and weekends.
• Willing to attend New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet current sales metrics and goals.
• Adhere to sales processes and procedures as established by region and Corporate.
• Execute promotions and achieve district sales targets.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain store standards.
• Monitor inventory and cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain strong appearance and organization of the store.
• Provide weekly reports and data as required by DM.
