The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, cash handling, and promotional activities, reporting to the District Manager. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant field experience may substitute for every year of required academia
• Strong sales skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction in a retail store
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and ability to work early evenings and weekends
• Willing to attend New Hire Orientation
• Punctual and on time to all work related activities
• Coach-able and willing to apply techniques and knowledge
• Provide an exceptional, best in class customer experience
• Review internal promotions and products via company emails daily
• Willing to prospect customers via warm calls
• Capable of adapting quickly to industry and company changes
• Maintain minimum sales goals and expectations

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Meet current sales metrics
• Adhere to sales processes and procedures as established by region and Corporate
• Execute promotions and meet or exceed sales goals
• Handle customer service issues
• Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory
• Maintain store standards and appearance as directed
• Provide data and weekly reports to District Manager
• Work independently in a retail storefront
• Other duties as assigned by the DM
