Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead retail wireless sales at our Verizon Authorized location. You will drive sales, train staff, and deliver top-tier customer service across daily operations.

The role offers uncapped commissions, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for advancement. With a strong emphasis on performance, you will recruit, train, and mentor new team members while coordinating with district leadership to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public.
• Creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns.
• Continuously increasing knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Observing sales reps, teaching best practices, and ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Developing and monitoring action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
• Prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with District Sales Manager approval.
• Facilitate new hire sales training and ensure completion of required elements.
• Screening of job applicants and conducting all interviews.
• Hiring new employees with approval from District Sales Manager; conduct disciplinary action as needed.
