Job summary

RXP Wireless is seeking a Sales Manager in Sanford, FL to lead retail operations, drive product sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer offers full-time and part-time shifts with uncapped earning potential and strong training.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires a high school diploma, strong sales and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant field experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction daily in a retail store.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work early evenings and weekends.
• Punctual and reliable; attend New Hire Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet current sales metrics and goals.
• Adhere to all sales processes and procedures established by region and Corporate.
• Execute promotions and meet or exceed district sales goals.
• Handle customer service issues and inquiries.
• Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Maintain store standards and appearance as directed by the District Manager.
• Provide data and complete weekly reports as required.
