Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a high-performing store team. You will train, coach, and supervise staff to deliver best-in-class customer service and meet aggressive sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Maintain location staffing through retention and recruitment, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Build a base of clients by ethical, customer-centric practices and community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure operational policies are followed and legal requirements are met.
• Keep updated on industry knowledge through workshops and networking.
