You will recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and drive sales targets while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience or supervisory role.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach a team to reach sales goals.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus depending on location.
