My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Fishers, Indiana to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. The role offers strong base pay, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities across a growing national retailer.

You will contribute to day-to-day operations, training, and marketing efforts while maintaining a high-energy environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or telecommunications preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity arises.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member to exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
