Premium Retail Services in Kenner, Louisiana, is looking for a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor staff, meet KPIs, and help create a winner's mindset across the team.

This role offers hourly pay of 18–22 USD plus unlimited commission, paid training and bonuses, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement. Frequent travel within the district may be required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail or B2C sales experience
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team
• Ability to travel between store locations
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
