PRE-US in Kenner, LA seeks a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive sales, coach team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commissions and paid training, along with top earning potential through performance bonuses.

The position requires proactive customer engagement, ability to turn non-buying interactions into sales, and willingness to travel between store locations as needed. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and train other sales associates.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel between store locations if required.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
