Premium Retail Services is hiring a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to coach store teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train new hires, conduct role-plays, and provide ongoing development to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

Located in the United States (Louisiana/Kenner district), the role offers hourly pay of $18-$22 plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, and opportunity for advancement within a fast-growing retail network.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
