Qualifications

• Wireless retail or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and on‑the‑job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
