Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Louisiana to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with customers not actively shopping, turning interactions into opportunities, and lead a small team to meet targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development, with an energetic, proactive approach and travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.
• Ability to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
