Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across store locations. You will proactively engage customers not actively shopping and convert interactions into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented sales professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Flexible retail schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
