In this role you’ll guide customers through devices and plans with patience and expertise, aiming to turn first‑time visitors into lifelong customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment and model positivity and professionalism.
• Relationship Builder – build meaningful connections with guests and staff to support store performance goals.
• Product and Services Enthusiast – confidently sell devices, plans, and services, keeping up with promotions and updates.
• Account Management – manage guest appointments and review customer accounts to ensure accurate, well‑documented interactions.
