Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Frisco, TX is seeking a Wireless Sales Expert to welcome guests, guide decisions with patience and expertise, and turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers. You will help customers choose devices, plans, and services while staying current on promotions and tools.

This role is a modified full-time position with a 30–39 hour workweek, offering uncapped commissions and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build relationships in store to turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers.
• Confidently sell devices, plans and services, translating technology into real-world conversations.
• Manage guest appointments and review customer accounts to recommend plans and offers.
