Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Requires the ability to move around the store and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment and model positivity and professionalism.
• Relationship Builder – build meaningful connections with guests and teams to support store goals.
