Job summary

Consumer Cellular, a nationwide wireless carrier, is expanding its Tyler, Texas retail team. You will greet guests, explain plans, and help customers choose devices and services with patient, human service.

The role offers a steady full-time schedule, uncapped commission potential, and growth opportunities in a values-driven culture. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 6 months of retail experience, ability to meet sales goals, POS proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
