Job summary

Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking Retail Associates to join our in-store team in Lancaster, PA.

You will help guests select devices and plans, greet customers, and provide top-notch service in a welcoming, living-room style store environment. You will build relationships, stay current on promotions, and work toward individual and team performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform store tasks (bending, standing, etc.).
• Requires ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise.
