Consumer Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Expert for our Mesa, AZ store to help guests choose phones, plans and services with a personal touch. You’ll greet visitors in a living-room style setting and translate technology into simple, practical conversations.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-growing retail environment. Flexible evening/weekend availability is required, with full-time hours.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
