Consumer Cellular is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist in Charlotte, NC. You will engage guests, build relationships, and translate technology into simple conversations while meeting sales goals.

The role offers pay between $17.50 and $18.50 per hour plus uncapped commission, with a modified full-time schedule of 30–39 hours per week and potential career growth within a rapidly expanding retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months of retail customer service experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around store and handle merchandise.
• Ability to move around store and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, build relationships, and guide decisions with patience and expertise.
• Sell devices, plans, and services with up-to-date promotions and knowledge.
• Manage guest appointments and review customer accounts to recommend plans.
