Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes, and systems; review promotions and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with local leadership and teams to support account setup, device support and servicing.
