Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Associate to assist customers with technology and service selections in a fast-paced store environment.

The role focuses on building product knowledge, conducting demonstrations, and guiding customers through their shopping journey. You will develop strong customer interaction skills, use digital tools to showcase plans and features, and complete required training to stay current on retail processes and wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
