Arch Telecom in Reading, PA is hiring Mobile Associates to join a dynamic retail team. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest mobile technology, and help customers find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.

You’ll work with store leaders to deliver best-in-class experiences, build loyalty, and prepare for advancement to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, online, and via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate latest technology and products in-store.
• Provide personalized solutions and upsell accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and explanations.
