Arch Telecom in Hatfield, PA is hosting a hiring event for Mobile Associates, a learning role within our Retail Team. You will engage customers, demonstrate the latest devices, and build product knowledge as you train for a promotion to Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service and provide best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers by demonstrating devices and solutions in-store.
• Guide customers through purchasing journey with informative answers and empathy.
• Collaborate with team across channels to ensure a seamless experience.
• Develop relationships and identify opportunities for upsell and loyalty.
