Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team in New Jersey. This learning role emphasizes hands-on training to build proficiency in customer service, product demonstrations, and solutions-based selling across devices and services.

You will work with teammates to guide customers through purchases, answer questions with empathy, and develop expertise for future advancement to a Mobile Expert role after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role after training.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer experience in-store, online or via care channels.
• Demonstrate and explain devices and services to customers.
• Offer personalized solutions through side-by-side selling and product demos.
• Assist customers through the purchasing journey and answer questions with patience and empathy.
• Build relationships and hand off leads to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to promote the brand and achieve goals.
