Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and master product knowledge and store processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and answer product questions in-store.
• Demonstrate devices and services to customers and explain benefits clearly.
• Process transactions using the POS system and ensure accurate records.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and share best practices.
