Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Roanoke, VA to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

This role will lead and coach the sales floor team, analyzing performance and fostering a positive, results-driven environment. The position requires management or retail experience, a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
