Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Oak Grove, OR is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will work with the Store Manager to create a sales-focused environment that delivers exceptional customer service and drives business results.

You will coach and motivate the sales team, analyze performance, and communicate with leadership to meet and exceed goals. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word processing, Email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
