Job summary

Exclusive Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in creating a strong sales floor environment and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead, coach, and develop the sales team while monitoring performance and sales goals.

The role requires management or equivalent experience, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move 20lbs.
