Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager in Roanoke, VA. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $25.50 hourly with potential bonuses.

You will support the Store Manager to create a top-notch sales floor, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the physical ability to lift 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, sheets or Excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/move 20 lbs.
