Job summary

Exclusive Wireless in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to create a high-performing sales environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach and motivate the team on the sales floor, analyze performance, and implement improvements; must be available evenings, weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
