Job summary

Exclusive Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in creating a high-performing sales floor with a focus on customer service and teamwork. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and drive results while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

The role requires leadership capabilities, availability for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Ability to analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to meet goals.
• Must be able to communicate with leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift/move 20lbs.
