Cellular World in Princeton, WV is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Retail Sales Manager and lead a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching staff, managing store operations, and upholding brand standards. Experience in retail management is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must attend off-site promotional events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check
• Previous retail or customer service management experience required
• Proven leadership and employee management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time including weekends
• Ability to work with interactive technology devices
• Team player with independent motivation
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Follow coaching and leadership from Retail Sales Manager
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using At Your Service and Key Satisfaction drivers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales
• Monitor customer experience and AT&T Experience Steps
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures of the store
• Complete required training monthly and annually per compliance standards
• Assist with inventory, orders, receives, counts
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Develop positive relationships with staff and customers
• Provide leadership and coaching to promote growth of sales associates
• Participate in staff meetings and training on promotions and trends
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance in-store displays
