Job summary

Consumer Cellular, Inc. is expanding its retail team across the nation. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create a welcoming store atmosphere and guide guests through device and plan decisions with patience and expertise.

You’ll build lasting relationships and help guests feel understood in a living-room like space. You will manage appointments, review accounts, and stay current on promos and tools to meet store performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
