Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager (Wireless) in California to lead HW NPI programs for Wireless Access Points. The role requires coordinating across HW, SW, Test, PLM, Manufacturing, and service teams to drive end-to-end delivery from concept to first revenue shipment.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple concurrent programs, manage budgets and schedules, and present updates to executives. Onsite work with limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of program management experience, preferably with HW programs.
• 10–12 years of IT product-based experience in a Telecom/ Networking domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams across programs to deliver wireless Access Point products.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Identify cross-functional interdependencies and risks and plan to manage them.
