Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle from introduction to decline. This hybrid role requires office days on average two per week, coordinating with SCO to optimize quality, cost and delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in PM roles are expected, with strong NPI and PLM knowledge to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in project management roles or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of NPI process and PLM concepts.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects from scope to delivery, coordinating scope, time, budget and quality.
• Ensure supply chain and manufacturing requirements are met, delivering on time and cost targets.
• Manage project team and stakeholders across functions, mentoring team members and driving progress.
• Represent supply chain aspects of product lifecycle with PLM, engineering and other functions.
