Broadstaff LLC is seeking a Project Manager - In-Building DAS to lead indoor cellular DAS programs across the United States. You will own the project lifecycle from design coordination to turnover, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met.

Position Title: Project Manager - In-Building DAS Location: Remote - United States Schedule: Must be available to support Pacific Time business hours Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Travel: Minimal, generally less than 10%
Direct project management experience delivering indoor cellular DAS / in-building wireless projects in the U.S. Working knowledge of the full DAS project lifecycle, including design coordination, site surveys, procurement, construction/installation, testing and commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Proven ability to own multiple concurrent projects while managing schedules, budgets, profitability, risks, vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and client expectations. Ability to read floor plans, technical drawings, scopes of work, BOMs, and other DAS project documentation, while coordinating effectively between engineering/design and field construction teams. Strong communication, organization, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to identify issues early and keep projects moving.
Experience developing DAS estimates, ROM budgets, proposals, pricing, scopes of work, and change orders. Experience reviewing or coordinating iBwave designs/files and technical deliverables with RF engineers or Solution Architects. Commercial cellular DAS experience involving off-air/repeater systems, active or fiber-fed DAS, carrier signal sources, or similar enterprise in-building solutions. Public Safety DAS / ERRCS experience is a plus. Practical experience using AI tools for project management, estimating, proposal creation, documentation, data analysis, or workflow automation is a plus. Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and cloud-based project collaboration tools.
