Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman to lead installation teams for cellular and public safety DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive timely project completion.

You will oversee RF testing, fiber, and coax installations, ensure safety, and maintain documentation in the company project management system. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of RF in-building systems experience.

• Lead installation teams and subcontractors on DAS/BDA projects.
• Ensure materials are ordered and on-site for installations.
• Coordinate with customers and Market Manager on timelines.
• Review time logs and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation in project management system.
